Deposits & cancellation policy

Deposits

Please note that deposits are required for ALL bookings. The deposit is $200 made via Beem or Transfer. Your deposit secures your spot. Please don’t attempt to organise a booking if you are not ready to make a deposit.

In the rare case that I am unable to make your booking. Your deposit will be refunded to you.

Cancellation

Your deposit is forfeit if you

  • Cancel within 48 hours of your booking

  • Don’t respond to confirmation from me before/during tour dates

If you can your booking with more than 48 hours notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future tour

If you are unwell come the time of our booking, please contact me to discuss options, if you come to a booking and are clearly sick, the booking will be cancelled and the full balance be required to be paid.
